Absolutely not. Any student willing to gain humility skills derived from public critique is welcome into this class. Innovations encourages -is founded upon- the characteristics of diversity. This is a very instruction-limited class besides these two following points: you must venture out of your comfort zone, push yourself to your creative limit and; accept that in order to achieve, you must fail.

Typical day? |
What kind of projects? |
This is a first-year pilot class therefore, its set-up is very abstract and conforming to a "typical day" is a foreign concept. With that being established, I can describe just a few of the activities my classmates and I partake in including: seminar-style discussions, projects to individualism and promote contemporary ideas, small group work to build collaboration skills and lastly, research time for each of the Partner Project group members to construct a resolution for their specific conflict.

Essentially, there is a wide range of projects that are leniently assigned to our class. Entailing that this can vary anywhere from personal projects to learn more about our peers, research projects, teamwork projects and many more. To read in depth about the projects I listed, feel free to click on the "Explore" page on the top right hand corner. |
